About This Program
Non-Communicable Diseases Program coordinates prevention, early detection, diagnosis and rehabilitation interventions to prevent and mitigate NCDs burden in community. The program aims to protect Rwandans from morbidity and mortality related to Non-Communicable Diseases through integrated prevention and management approaches. Health Promotion Organization NCDs Program works in close collaboration with different government and non-government organizations, institutions and other partners to detect and mitigate the burden of NCDs as well as their management in the community of Rwanda.
